1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused, undamaged, and in original condition
    • In original packaging with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories intact
    • Accompanied by order number or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, digital products, and downloadable content
  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items
  • Hygiene products, cosmetics, underwear, swimwear (if seal/packaging is opened)
  • Perishables, flammables, and hazardous goods
  • Final-sale / clearance items (marked “non-returnable”)

3. Return Reasons & Responsibilities

Quality Issues / Wrong Items / Damaged on Arrival

  • Free return shipping provided by us.
  • We offer full refund, free replacement, or store credit.
  • No return required for small-value damaged items (verified with photos).

Personal Reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.)

  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
  • Refund excludes original shipping fees.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Processing time varies by payment provider/bank.

5. Return Procedure

  1. Submit a return request at www.rmgatm.com/returns or email support@rmgatm.com with order number, reason, and photos.
  2. Wait for return approval and return label (if applicable).
  3. Send the item back with tracking and provide the tracking number.
  4. We inspect and process refund/replacement upon receipt.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges follow the same 30-day policy. Subject to stock availability.
  • If the exchanged item is higher-priced, you pay the difference; if lower, we refund the difference.

7. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with consumer protection laws in applicable regions. Statutory rights override any terms herein where required by law.
