These terms govern use of rmgatm.com and purchases from Rong Mei Guang Technology Co., Limited.

Products & pricing

Listed prices are in USD and exclude shipping, duties and taxes unless stated otherwise. quotations are valid 15 days. Part numbers, models and images are reference material; we verify fitment against your machine platform and P/N before dispatch, and recommend confirming with our engineers for custom projects.

Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed after payment (PayPal or agreed bank terms). We may refuse or cancel orders with pricing errors, suspicious payment activity, or destination restrictions; prepaid amounts are refunded in full.

Shipping & risk

We ship worldwide by express or agreed freight. Risk transfers to the buyer per the agreed Incoterms. Import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Warranty & returns

New parts carry the manufacturer-standard warranty stated on the product page or quotation; refurbished parts follow our Warranty & RMA terms. Claims must be raised within the warranty period with order number and evidence (photos/video). Faulty items approved for RMA must be returned at the agreed shipping arrangement; refunds or replacements are issued after inspection.

Intellectual property

All site text, images and tooling are owned by or licensed to RMG. Product names and part numbers refer to manufacturer identification only; RMG is an independent parts supplier and is not affiliated with NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, Wincor, Glory, Fujitsu or Hyosung beyond describing compatibility.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMG’s aggregate liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the HK courts.
