1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 16:00 local time will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (promotions, holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you by email if delays occur.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

  • 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • We may offer free standard shipping for orders over a specified threshold (displayed on product and cart pages).
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once shipped.
  • Track your order at www.rmgatm.com/order-tracking or via the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or restricted regions unless stated otherwise.
  • Hazardous materials, perishables, and oversized items may have special shipping terms.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

  • For lost or missing packages: Contact us within 7 days of estimated delivery.
  • For damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and items. We will resend or refund at no cost.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but not received: Check with neighbors, property management, or local courier first.

7. Address Changes

  • Requests to modify shipping addresses can only be made before order dispatch. Once shipped, changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
